Why This Practice

What Careful Counsel Looks Like

Unhurried Approach

Pension matters often take months. We are not pressed for quick answers, and we do not ask clients to make decisions before they are ready.

Clear Written Work

Every position we form is set out in writing. Clients receive summaries they can keep, share with family, and refer back to at any time.

Direct Communication

Correspondence is conducted by the practitioner handling the matter, not passed to assistants. Questions receive considered responses.

Local Context

We practise in northeastern Thailand and are familiar with the employment patterns and administrative offices relevant to clients in this region.

Confidential Handling

Client files are kept with the same care applied to the work itself. Information is shared only with parties directly involved in resolving the matter.

Transparent Pricing

Fees are stated at the outset of each engagement. We do not add costs during the work without prior discussion and agreement with the client.

Common Questions

Questions We Hear Often

How long does a pension records reconstruction typically take?

The timeline depends on how many former employers are involved and how responsive their records departments are. Most straightforward reconstructions conclude within two to four months. Where records have been archived with government offices, additional time is sometimes needed.

What if my former employer no longer exists?

This situation arises fairly often. We look to successor companies, administrative receivers, or relevant government registers that may hold preserved records. Where no formal records survive, we assist with preparing supplementary evidence including witness statements from former colleagues.

Can you tell me at the outset whether I am likely to have a valid claim?

An initial consultation gives us enough information to form a preliminary view. We will be candid about situations where the records are unlikely to be recoverable or where the calculation does not appear to support the position the client hopes to establish.

What does the Dual-Track Coordination service involve day to day?

We read the documentation from both schemes and correspond with each administrator in turn. Clients are not required to manage the communication themselves. We prepare each letter carefully and share it with the client before sending. Matters of this kind generally take six months or more to reach a conclusion.

Are your fees fixed or can they change during the work?

The fee stated for each service is the fee we charge for a standard engagement of that type. If circumstances arise that would alter the scope substantially, we discuss this with the client before proceeding. We do not add costs without prior agreement.

How is my personal information handled?

Client information is held securely and used only for the purpose of conducting the engagement. It is not shared with third parties except where doing so is necessary to progress the matter, and only with the client's knowledge. Our full approach is set out in our privacy policy.
